Account Executive (Recruiting Industry)

Remote | Competitive Base + Commission | OTE $175K–$250K+

We’re looking for a driven Account Executive who thrives on connecting with people and closing deals. If you come from a recruiting or staffing background and love the client and sales side of the business but prefer to leave the candidate sourcing to others, this is the role for you.

What You Will Do

• Prospect daily to bring in new business through calls, LinkedIn, email, and your own network

• Run discovery calls and client meetings with founders, executives, and hiring leaders

• Sell Talent Harbor’s recruiting solutions and move opportunities through the full sales cycle

• Build and manage a personal pipeline, forecast, and hit targets

• Partner with our internal recruiting team for a clean handoff once a client is closed

• Work independently in a remote environment and stay consistent with outreach

• Recruiting agency or staffing industry background
• Proven new business development experience
• Hunter mindset, comfortable creating your own opportunities
• Confident communicator, great at building trust quickly

This is not a farming or account management role; it is a hunting role. Your success will come from activating your network and prospecting/building relationships.

Compensation and Perks

• $70k-110k base salary depending on experience

• Uncapped and lucrative commission

• Annual OTE of $175,000 to $250,000 or higher based on performance

• Remote role
