Sales Executive (Recruiting Industry) / Client Solutions Executive


Remote within the DC Metro Area | Base $90K–$110K + Commission | OTE $150K- $175k

The Role

We are hiring a polished, relationship-driven Sales Executive who will own all inbound and internal warm leads. This person will manage the full closing process, from discovery call through close, then hand off the client to our account management and recruiting teams.


You will work closely with CEOs, founders, and executives of small and mid sized businesses every day. Strong communication, follow up, and professionalism are critical in this role.


What You Will Do

  • Manage all internal warm and inbound leads
  • Conduct discovery calls and sales meetings with business owners and executives
  • Clearly articulate Talent Harbor’s recruiting solutions and value proposition
  • Own follow up, next steps, and deal progression through close
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity in the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client handoff after close
  • Build long term relationships with prospects and referral partners
  • Represent Talent Harbor at local and virtual networking events to build relationships


What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of proven sales experience with a strong closing track record
  • Recruiting agency or staffing industry experience highly preferred
  • Highly polished communicator, confident with executive level conversations
  • Strong follow up habits and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using a CRM daily to manage pipeline and activity
  • Relationship builder who enjoys consultative sales
  • Based within the DC Metro area and able to attend meetings or events as needed


Compensation and Growth

  • Base salary of $90,000–$110,00
  • Uncapped commission
  • On target earnings of $150,000- $175,000
  • Fully remote role within the DC Metro area
  • Excellent opportunity for growth as the company continues to scale
