JOB DESCRIPTION
The Client Services Manager is a pivotal role within our firm, responsible for fostering and strengthening client relationships. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing current needs while strategically identifying opportunities to expand our services. We are seeking a client-focused advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can act as the bridge between client expectations and recruiting execution.
The position requires a proactive communicator who can handle technical recalibrations of job profiles while maintaining a high-level strategic partnership with our clients.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining a deep understanding of client business, culture, and hiring needs.
- Strategic Advisory: Lead regular client meetings to discuss recruiting progress and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes.
- Account Growth & Upselling: Identify and develop proposals for additional services, including expanded search scopes and connections to other departments.
- Recruiting Oversight: Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure candidate alignment and monitor search progress proactively.
- Profile Recalibration: Partner with clients to develop detailed job descriptions and recalibrate profiles based on market trends.
- Onboarding & Kickoffs: Lead client Kickoff Calls to gather in-depth understanding of open positions and company culture.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on account performance (time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction) to optimize service delivery.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Address client concerns and search bottlenecks before they impact the hiring timeline.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in account management, recruiting, or client-facing roles within professional services.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing long-term client relationships.
- Strong technical proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics to drive decisions and recommendations.
- High-level communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Direct experience working within a recruiting agency or professional services firm.
- Knowledge of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles.
- Familiarity with current job market trends and competitive landscape.
