JOB DESCRIPTION
The Construction Manager / Superintendent is a senior, field-based individual contributor responsible for the end-to-end execution of high-end custom home builds. This role owns day-to-day site leadership, schedule execution, quality control, and client-facing communication, while partnering closely with the office team on purchasing, preconstruction, and operational support.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining Classic Homes’ reputation for craftsmanship and client satisfaction and will help augment and transition existing field leadership as Tim Moser steps out of day-to-day production responsibilities.
This role requires a true builder-owner mindset.
The ideal candidate operates as if each home were their own — proactively identifying issues before they escalate, making sound decisions without waiting for direction, and holding themselves accountable for outcomes in quality, schedule, and client satisfaction. Success in this role depends on autonomy, judgment, and a strong sense of personal ownership over the build.
