Partnerships are a core growth engine—not an experiment. One existing partnership already delivers high-value clients, and the company is now hiring a Partnership Manager to own, scale, and professionalize this channel. This is a role for a relationship builder, not a closer.


ABOUT THE ROLE

The Partnership Manager is a U.S.-based individual contributor responsible for developing strategic relationships with organizations that serve founders, owners, and senior operators. Success in this role comes from trust, education, and credibility—introducing the company at the right moment through partners who already have deep relationships with decision-makers.

You’ll own the partnership motion end to end: identifying the right partners, enabling them effectively, and turning strong relationships into qualified pipeline and closed revenue.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build and own strategic partnerships that generate qualified pipeline and revenue.

• Develop relationships with partners who work directly with owners and decision-makers.

• Educate partners on ideal use cases, qualification criteria, and timing.

• Create clear referral processes and performance expectations.

• Activate partners quickly and drive repeat, high-quality referrals.

• Work closely with sales leadership to ensure strong handoffs and outcomes.


WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

• 4–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel roles.

• Proven track record of partnerships producing real pipeline and closed deals.

• Background in B2B services, SaaS, or professional services.

• An established, transferable professional network you can activate.

• Comfort operating as an individual contributor with full ownership of results.

• Strong communicator with an educator mindset rather than a hard-sell approach.

• Known for reliability, trustworthiness, and long-term relationship management.


COMPENSATION

• Base salary $80,000–$100,000.

• Uncapped commission with on-target earnings around $225,000.
