JOB DESCRIPTION
A founder-led, boutique legal marketing agency is seeking a driven, self-sufficient Sales Executive / Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for new client acquisition. This role is ideal for a disciplined hunter with proven experience selling legal marketing services who thrives in a remote, high-accountability environment.
You will be responsible for sourcing your own pipeline, running discovery calls, building and presenting proposals, closing new business, and managing long-term client relationships with opportunities for upsell and expansion. Leadership will support deal strategy and proposal refinement—but you will fully own day-to-day sales execution.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Self-source and build pipeline through outbound email and phone outreach
· Leverage existing relationships within the legal marketing ecosystem
- Qualify ideal customer profiles: consumer-facing law firms with 1–10 attorneys
- Run discovery and strategy calls with law firm decision-makers
- Build, present, and negotiate proposals across SEO, websites, PPC, social, and content
- Close new business and maintain long-term client relationships
- Upsell and expand accounts over time (new services, new offices, increased spend)
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and notes in CRM (Pipedrive or similar)
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing, strategy, and proposal optimization
- Conduct optional in-person meetings within your local market when appropriate
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5+ years of experience selling legal marketing services (SEO, web, PPC, social, video)
- Proven full-cycle sales experience with strong outbound prospecting discipline
- Existing relationships or book of business with small to mid-sized law firms
- Polished, credible presence when selling to attorneys
- Highly self-disciplined and organized in a remote environment
- Consistent producer with steady month-over-month performance

- History of quota attainment, awards, or rankings
- Willingness to conduct limited in-person meetings in-market
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Base Salary: $75,000 – $85,000

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000 – $140,000

Commission: Paid early in the sales cycle, aligned with campaign launch timing (approximately 8 weeks)
