ABOUT THE COMPANY
The company is a growing professional services organization specializing in outsourced accounting, fractional CFO, bookkeeping, payroll, and HR consulting services for privately held small and mid-sized businesses across the United States. Serving clients across industries such as nonprofits, manufacturing, construction, legal services, professional services, and distribution, the organization partners with businesses through long-term, recurring service engagements that help clients scale and operate more efficiently.
The organization has built its reputation almost entirely through trusted referral relationships and exceptional client service rather than traditional outbound sales. This is a unique opportunity to join a people-first organization that values autonomy, collaboration, continuous learning, and career growth. Employees are empowered to own their markets, develop meaningful business relationships, and contribute directly to the company's long-term success.
