Role Overview


We are seeking a Sales Representative to build and scale a formal sales pipeline. This is a ground-floor opportunity as the first dedicated sales hire.


This is a fully remote, results-driven role focused on outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and full-cycle ownership from initial outreach through closing and handoff.


The ideal candidate is a true hunter who thrives in outbound environments, is resilient to rejection, and is motivated by building from the ground up.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (phone, LinkedIn, email, CRM tools)
  • Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
  • Schedule and lead discovery calls with prospects
  • Deliver proposals and close new business
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM
  • Self-generate leads and expand outbound sourcing over time
  • Participate in daily check-ins and weekly coaching
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets
  • Transition closed deals to operations for onboarding


Full-cycle ownership: Prospecting → Discovery → Proposal → Close → Handoff


Requirements


Experience

  • 1.5–2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Closing experience (not limited to SDR/inbound roles)


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong hunter mentality with self-generated pipeline capability
  • High tolerance for rejection (80–90% non-response expected)
  • Phone-first communication style
  • Consultative, conversational selling approach
  • Self-directed execution and learning
  • CRM proficiency (any major platform)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills


Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience selling services, training, or consulting
  • Exposure to field service industries
  • Startup or entrepreneurial experience


Compensation

  • Year 1 OTE: $120,000 (guaranteed draw)
  • Commission: 7% of invoiced revenue
  • Uncapped earnings
  • High performers can reach $200K+ within 2–3 years
