Strategic Account Executive - Healthcare Payer Vertical
Location: Location: Remote (U.S.) – Candidates located in Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin.

What You'll Do
• Own the commercial strategy for a portfolio of assigned enterprise healthcare payer accounts.
• Manage approximately two marquee national payer accounts as their strategic point of contact.
• Review, validate, and strengthen existing account plans and account research inherited from leadership.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and build strategies to expand revenue within existing enterprise customers.
• Build and maintain relationships across multiple buying centers inside large, matrixed healthcare organizations.
• Develop and execute long-term strategic account plans tied to measurable growth objectives.
• Create new business opportunities by engaging business stakeholders beyond procurement, not just responding to
RFPs.
• Lead complex enterprise sales pursuits end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional internal resources.
• Position the company as a strategic health equity solutions partner, not just a vendor, within each account.
Travel: Approximately 20–30%, driven by assigned accounts rather than geographic territory
What You Bring — Required
• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience.
• Proven success closing complex six- and seven-figure enterprise deals inside large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare payer landscape and how large payer organizations buy.• Demonstrated ability to create new buying centers and expand relationships within existing enterprise accounts.
• Experience developing strategic account plans and coordinating internal pursuit teams around them.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Working experience with HubSpot CRM, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Navigator.
Nice to Have
• Experience managing large national healthcare payer accounts specifically.
• Second language proficiency.
• Familiarity with CAT (computer-assisted translation) tools in addition to standard CRM platforms.
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $150,000–$160,000.
• Variable compensation: 50/50 base-to-variable plan.
• On-target earnings (OTE): approximately $320,000–$350,000.

Background Check & Compliance
Given the healthcare and HIPAA/HITRUST context of this role, candidates should expect the hiring process to include a
criminal background check, OIG exclusion list screening, SAM exclusion list screening, and fingerprinting for most
positions.
