We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Manager to help expand a growing vacation rental management company throughout Sarasota and Manatee County.


This is a true business development role focused on identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and growing a portfolio of managed vacation rental properties. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional who enjoys networking, prospecting, and creating long-term business relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development.
  • Build partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, and industry professionals.
  • Meet with property owners and present property management solutions.
  • Conduct property walkthroughs and in-person consultations.
  • Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in HubSpot CRM.
  • Attend networking events and represent the company within the local market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.


What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of sales experience in one or more of the following industries:
  • Vacation Rentals
  • Short-Term Rentals (STR)
  • Hospitality
  • Real Estate
  • Proven success generating new business through outbound sales and relationship building.
  • Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.
  • Must reside in Sarasota or Manatee County, Florida.
  • Comfortable conducting in-person meetings and local travel throughout the territory.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: Up to $60,000
  • First-Year On-Target Earnings: $120,000+
  • Top Performers Can Exceed: $150,000+
