Role
Account Executive
Why You’ll Love Working Here
Work remotely with a small, collaborative team that values independence, integrity, and results. You will have access to technology that helps simplify the sales process and move deals forward efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to build your own portfolio, develop valuable business relationships, and earn uncapped residual-based compensation based on your production.
The Opportunity
The company is looking for an Account Executive who can generate new merchant business and build productive relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). This person will be responsible for direct sales, partner recruitment, and ongoing business development. The role combines direct merchant sales with ISO and ISV partner development. Candidates may focus more heavily on either channel based on their strengths, provided they generate results. The ideal candidate has an established network in payment processing and can turn relationships into consistent production. The goal is to build a steady pipeline, grow monthly sales, and expand into new markets while maintaining existing business.
The Company
This established payment processing company provides payment solutions to businesses across a range of industries. It has experience working with higher-risk merchants and is expanding its focus to include more mid-risk and lower-risk businesses. The company has invested in its own technology to support merchant applications, statement analysis, underwriting, onboarding, and pipeline management. Its small team works closely across sales, underwriting, and risk moving deals forward and finding solutions for merchants.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote, individual contributor role. The company has a small, distributed team and uses technology to support efficient workflows and communication. You will be expected to manage your own schedule, relationships, and sales pipeline without close supervision. The team holds weekly video check-ins and encourages open communication and collaboration between sales, underwriting, and risk.
