Consumer Exec are exclusively engaged to find a Head of FP&A for a fast growth tech/fintech business based in London.
You will work closely with the CEO and senior management, providing insightful information to drive forward thinking decision making.
You’ll lead financial planning and analysis across the group, helping shape strategy and ensuring they remain on track to meet growth targets.
You must thrive in a fast paced environment and be adaptable and agile.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work closely with the CEO, Finance Operations Lead, and wider Commercial & Finance Team to support strategic and commercial decision-making.
· Provide data-driven financial insights
· Partner with non finance across the business.
· Own and lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes in the UK and Europe
· Build robust financial models
· Drive accountability for financial performance through accurate, timely, and actionable reporting.
· Prepare monthly management reports and Board decks
· Develop and enhance KPIs and dashboards
· Analyse revenue drivers, margins, and unit economics to guide decision-making
· Improve and streamline financial systems, processes, and planning tools
· Collaborate with the Finance and BI teams to strengthen data quality and reporting
· Support continuous improvement initiatives
· Support group cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, and scenario modelling.
Candidate Experience
· Qualified Accountant with 6+years’ FP&A experience, ideally within a high-growth/ start up, fintech, or technology-led environment.
· An interest in personal investing a bonus
· Commercial and strategic thinker,
· Strong financial modelling and Excel skills, with experience using NetSuite (ideally) for financial reporting and analysis.
· Experience with BI or planning tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI,) is advantageous.
Based in London (hybrid – 3 days per week)
Up to £100,000 + share options + excellent benefits.
