Customer Service Assistant - Beauty & Wellbeing
Location: Hybrid – remote and central London, with occasional days in Sevenoaks, Kent
Salary: Up to £30,000
Role Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Assistant to help deliver an excellent experience to our customers. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who has some customer service experience, is confident using email and spreadsheets, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally via email and online platforms (including social media and marketplaces).
- Manage product exchanges and refunds, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Use Excel or similar spreadsheet tools to track and update customer cases.
- Process exchanges using internal order management software (full training provided).

Bonus: Support retail and wholesale order processing when required, particularly to cover team members during leave.

- Strong written communication skills with great attention to detail.
- Basic Excel or spreadsheet skills.
- Organised, reliable, and eager to learn.
