A high-end global interiors brand known for impeccable craftsmanship, with a small headquarters in London, coupled with an office overseas, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its Founder and CEO. This varied and dynamic role is perfect for an independent, self-motivated professional eager to contribute to a rapidly growing and highly respected business.


As Executive Assistant, you will provide essential support to the CEO and play a central role in the day-to-day operations of the company. The role requires exceptional organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. In addition to supporting the CEO, you will provide broader administrative support across the London office.


Candidates with a background or strong interest in interior design, luxury furniture, or home interiors are highly encouraged to apply! 


Key responsibilities:

·        Provide direct day-to-day administrative support to the CEO.

·        Oversee the London office diary, scheduling meetings and appointments, and staying on top of key timelines.

·        Serve as a key liaison between the London and overseas offices.

·        Maintain and update client databases.

·        Create and distribute marketing emails, social media content, and assist with PR enquiries.

·        Support the management of social media accounts.

·        Assist with new product development, ensuring reminders are issued and project timelines are met.

·        Act as the face of brand in the CEO’s absence, representing the brand professionally to visitors, suppliers, and clients.

·        Uphold and develop the company’s operating principles.

·        Serve as a reliable, positive central point within the company, approachable to both offices helping to connect and support the wider team.


Skills:

·        A friendly, dynamic, and enthusiastic individual with a proactive attitude.

·        Exceptional organisational skills, able to self-motivate, multitask, and manage time efficiently in a structured and logical manner.

·        Proven experience in office administration.

·        IT proficient (MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).

·        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·        Interest in design or interiors is desirable.

·        Tech-savvy with a good understanding of social media platforms.


I am looking for an enthusiastic, capable all-rounder who will become a key member of our growing team. This is a full-time time role working Monday to Friday, 9.30am-5.30pm with some flexibility depending on CEO’s travel location. Working from home is possible at least one day per week. Occasional travel to the US or Asia may be required.
