Marketing Coordinator/Manager – Hospitality

Full-time | Hybrid – 1 day home, 4 office

£40k-£45k

 

Heritage multi-site hospitality business in London is looking for a hands-on Marketing Co-ordinator to join them to help deliver engaging campaigns that drive awareness, footfall, and sales across their sites and retail channels. This role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys getting stuck in, and thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist with the delivery of marketing campaigns across bars, retail, and online.
  • Keep brand tone and visual identity consistent across all channels.
  • Help plan and manage the marketing calendar.
  • Prepare campaign briefs, materials, and updates for venue and marketing teams.
  • Support customer communication with regular promotional updates and newsletters.
  • Promote and coordinate events including wine tastings, live music, and seasonal experiences.
  • Work with venue teams, performers, and partners to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Maintain accurate event listings and support private hire and group booking promotions.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media, email, and website.
  • Produce EDM campaigns using approved templates and copy.
  • Monitor performance and share insights to help shape future activity.
  • Liaise with external designers or agencies when required.
  • Manage the creation and rollout of marketing materials with design and third-party partners.
  • Oversee production of menus, posters, tasting booklets, and in-venue collateral.
  • Support photography, videography, and content creation.
  • Assist with influencer outreach, PR opportunities, and local partnerships.
  • Draft and upload website news or blog content.
  • Maintain CRM data for accurate segmentation and customer targeting.
  • Support loyalty and retention initiatives.
  • Compile event, campaign, and performance insights

 

Who You Are:

  • Experience in hospitality, drinks, or food marketing.
  • Confident across digital marketing, social media, and email platforms.
  • Familiar with tools such as Canva, WordPress, InDesign, and scheduling platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
  • Commercially aware with an understanding of how marketing drives sales and footfall.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, professional attitude.


This role will involve occasional travel to London sites for meetings or events. Some evening or weekend work may be required during events or key campaigns (time off in lieu provided).
