As Content Designer & Video Editor, you’ll be at the heart of shaping the brand’s creative vision and output. You will lead the design process from concept to delivery, producing and overseeing engaging content across video, graphics, print, and digital platforms. In this hands-on, multifaceted role, you’ll own the creation of video and motion assets, streamline creative workflows, and safeguard brand consistency across all channels. You’ll also mentor a Junior Designer and Retoucher, oversee image retouching and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver polished, impactful content. From editing social ads to designing digital campaigns and developing press event materials, your creativity will have a direct impact on brand growth and visibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive and oversee the creation of compelling content across website, email marketing, paid social, organic social, print, and OOH campaigns.
- Edit and produce dynamic video assets for digital marketing, social media, and paid campaigns, with a focus on storytelling and brand alignment.
- Maintain the highest standards of image retouching (colour correction, clean-up, texture enhancement), guiding the Junior Designer & Retoucher and stepping in when needed.
- Own and uphold the brand’s visual guidelines, ensuring all creative output reflects the identity consistently across every channel.
- Implement and refine efficient design workflows, streamlining processes from briefing through to final delivery.
- Provide direction, feedback, and support to nurture the development of a Junior Designer & Retoucher.
- Leverage AI-driven and emerging design tools to optimise workflows and enhance creative output.
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years’ experience in the fashion or lifestyle sector, with a strong portfolio spanning digital design, video, motion graphics, and print.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and related design tools.
- Solid e-commerce retouching skills, with proven ability to manage and maintain retouching workflows to a high standard.
- Strong understanding of brand identity and delivering consistency across multi-channel platforms.
- Experience with AI-driven design tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
- Highly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Permanent, starting from the 1st November. £47.5k with guaranteed end of year 5% bonus. 25 Days Holidays + BH, flexible work arrangements, work from home 2 days a week post probation, early finish Fridays.
