Consumer Additions are currently partnering with an iconic British Fashion retailer to recruit a Head of Commercial Finance

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an established brand going through a stage of growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the FP&A and Commercial Finance function, building on an already high performing team. They will be responsible for financial planning, commercial analysis and business partnering, in addition to supporting the CFO in the delivery of key projects.

The successful candidate will be able to work with non-financial stakeholders and deliver financial information in a clear and concise way.

The business has revenues in the £100’s of Millions and is backed by Private Equity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Organising and delivering the annual budgeting and forecasting process  - developing the 5-year financial planning model
• Leading the production of daily and weekly trade reporting to
• Assessing commercial opportunities and delivering business cases using sound financial analysis.
• Supporting Directors, Heads of Dept and budget holders with analysis to drive commercial decision making.
• Leading and supporting members of the Commercial Finance and Planning team
• Delivering best in class business partnering across retail, digital and wholesale divisions.

Who we are looking for:

• A qualified accountant with a strong academic track record (or overseas equivalent)
• Experience in a fashion, retail, ecommerce or consumer business a significant preference.
• Experienced in complex financial modelling and reporting systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen

Salary: Six figures salary plus bonus/ bens

Central London based. Hybrid working 3 days in the office
