As Junior Producer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality creative content across e-commerce, social, and campaign channels. You’ll take ownership of e-commerce and flat-lay photography, wholesale, and partner programmes, manage organic social shoots, and provide hands-on production support for larger campaigns. You’ll also oversee post-production workflows, working closely with external partners to ensure all assets are delivered on time, on brand, and to the highest creative standards.


This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised and collaborative, and brings strong problem-solving skills alongside a passion for creative production.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead e-commerce and flat-lay photography from pre-production planning through to shoot execution, post-production, and final delivery.
  • Manage the pre-production and production of organic social shoots.
  • Provide production support to the Creative Content Producer on larger campaign shoots as required.
  • Oversee the post-production workflow for e-commerce imagery across, wholesale, and partner programmes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of assets. This includes managing retouching, colour correction, resizing, reformatting, and file naming.
  • Liaise with external suppliers, freelancers, and partners as needed.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand standards, art direction, and campaign objectives.


Experience & Skills Required

  • 3–5 years’ experience in e-commerce fashion production.
  • Previous experience in flat-lay photography and social content production is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong creative eye with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
