What You'll Bring
Education

Equivalent manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience will also be considered.
Who Will Succeed Here
You see a manufacturing problem and want to understand why it is happening, what the data is showing and how to improve it permanently.
You are comfortable challenging established processes, building a case for change and working across departments to turn recommendations into implemented solutions.
Most importantly, you want to be able to look back at a production line and see measurable improvement because of a project you took from problem to execution.

Top Tier Talent Group may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support limited administrative and screening-related functions during the recruitment process. Our goal is to use technology responsibly while maintaining fairness, transparency, and respect throughout the recruitment process.
Use of Artificial Intelligence by Candidates
