This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned construction professional looking to transition into, or further develop within, an owner's representative environment where strategic leadership, client relationships, and project execution take priority over self-performing construction.
The Opportunity

You will collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and general contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role offers significant autonomy, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to manage diverse, technically challenging projects throughout Texas.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple commercial and institutional construction projects simultaneously from conception through completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and executive stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage both ground-up construction and tenant improvement/interior fit-out projects valued between $1M and $100M+.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, risk management, reporting, and contract administration.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, specialty consultants, and third-party stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance while proactively identifying and mitigating risks affecting schedule, cost, or quality.
- Facilitate design reviews, owner meetings, progress meetings, and executive presentations.
- Review change orders, payment applications, RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and trusted project leadership.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the continued growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive commercial construction project management experience.
- Experience managing projects exceeding $1M, with exposure to projects up to $100M+ considered a strong asset.
- Background in owner's representation, general contracting, construction management, or consulting.
- Proven success delivering both new construction and interior renovation/fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and construction administration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional client service.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Professional designations such as PMP, CCM, PE, RA, or LEED accreditation are considered an asset.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
- Join a respected, employee-focused consulting firm with an outstanding industry reputation.
- Manage high-profile projects across multiple market sectors.
- Work directly with owners and executive decision-makers on complex capital projects.
