Construction Field Crew (Contract Basis)

Location: Manitoba

Rate of Pay: $21-25/hr (plus OT & out of town pay) - Depending on Experience

We’re hiring experienced Field Crew Members to join a growing construction team delivering specialized ground and foundation support work across Manitoba and Ontario. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on construction experience who wants steady work, travel opportunities, and room to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work 10-hour days outdoors on active construction sites
• Prepare, inspect, and organize trucks, trailers, and equipment for daily operations
• Load and handle structural materials and jobsite components
• Support installation crews with accurate measurements and quality control
• Use levels, measuring tools, and site plans to keep work on spec
• Operate skid steers, loaders, and other support equipment safely
• Complete daily safety checks, inspections, and jobsite documentation
• Assist with yard and shop duties when required
• Travel to job sites across Manitoba and Ontario (overnight and extended travel required)
• Follow safe work practices and look out for your crew
• Take initiative, learn advanced skills, and grow into increased responsibility

What We’re Looking For

• Construction experience required (site work, civil, foundations, landscaping, or similar)
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver’s License (have or willing to obtain Class 3 learner)
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting and hands-on work
• Comfortable working outdoors in changing conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating construction or landscape equipment is a strong asset
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
