Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including business development, account management, and recruiting for senior-level positions.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent while expanding your client relationships.
- Negotiate offers and employment terms with candidates, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to identify staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Use HR sourcing techniques to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Leverage ATS tools to track, manage, and report on candidate progress and recruitment efforts.
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter, with expertise in business development, account management, and headhunting.
- Strong ability to source and place senior-level talent and negotiate effectively with candidates and clients.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A strong network of existing client relationships is preferred.
