Top Tier Talent Group is looking for an experienced Business Development / 360 Recruiter to join our growing Skilled Trades practice.
You'll be joining a busy, established team with active job orders, a collaborative environment, and the freedom to build your own book of business while leveraging existing opportunities. What You'll Do
As a 360 Recruiter, you'll own the complete recruitment lifecycle:
Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Grow and manage your own portfolio of manufacturing, industrial, construction, transportation, and skilled trades clients.
Recruit and headhunt skilled trades professionals including Millwrights, Electricians, Welders, CNC Machinists, Maintenance Technicians, Tool & Die Makers, Industrial Mechanics, Production Supervisors, and other hard-to-find talent.
Manage client relationships from initial business development through successful placement.
Negotiate fees, offers, and employment terms.
Deliver exceptional service to both clients and Candidates.
Leverage our best-in-class recruiting technology, ATS, sourcing tools, and automation platform to maximize productivity.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a full-cycle (360) agency recruiter.
Demonstrated success in business development and generating net-new clients.
Experience recruiting within Skilled Trades, Manufacturing, Industrial, Construction, Transportation, Heavy Equipment, or related sectors.
Strong headhunting and passive candidate sourcing skills.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
Track record of consistent billings and client growth.
