Field Operations Supervisor

Compensation: $105,000–$130,000 base salary + annual bonus (10% target)

About the Role:

The Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of field crews, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone with strong field experience who understands the realities of elevator work and has progressed through the trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support elevator field mechanics to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work

• Enforce safety policies and regulatory compliance with a zero-tolerance approach to shortcuts

• Manage daily scheduling, dispatching, and workload planning for 36+ field employees

• Work closely with the Maintenance Operations Manager to align field activities with operational goals

• Provide on-call support as required to address field issues and emergencies

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the elevator industry, with a strong preference for candidates who began their careers in the field

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience managing field-based teams

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
