Project Manager | Property Restoration | GTA (Brampton / Etobicoke) | $80,000 + Incentives

We’re currently working with a well-established organization in the property restoration space that is looking to add a Project Manager to their team in the GTA (Brampton / Etobicoke area).

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited for someone who can step in and contribute immediately—managing projects end-to-end while balancing client relationships, team coordination, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage restoration projects from initial scope through to completion
• Prepare accurate sketches, scopes, and project documentation
• Develop and manage project budgets while ensuring profitability
• Lead and support internal teams, including Project Coordinators and Construction Managers
• Build and maintain relationships with adjusters, clients, and industry partners
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date job files and project records
• Deliver a high level of customer service and overall client experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in property damage restoration (water, fire, insurance-related losses) – required
• Ability to step into a role and contribute with minimal ramp-up
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities
• Results-driven with a focus on performance and accountability
• Sales experience considered an asset
• IICRC certification is considered a strong asset
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and clear background check
