RESPONSIBILITIES of this Machinist Position

• Program, set up, and operate CNC equipment
• Plan machining processes including setups, tooling, and materials
• Interpret engineering drawings and job specifications
• Machine components to tight tolerances
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot and optimize CNC programs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Manage multiple projects and meet production deadlines
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding processes and workflows

EXPERIENCE required for this Machinist

• Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience
• Strong understanding of CNC setup and machining principles
• Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam or similar)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience working with tool steels or similar materials
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
