They are seeking a Project Manager for their Calgary Office, who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys managing complex builds, and is passionate about guiding projects and teams from pre-construction through to successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects from planning to close-out, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget targets are met.
- Manage project financials including cost control, cashflow oversight, and the change order process.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, risk plans, and execution strategies in collaboration with field leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of general contractor experience on mid-to-large construction projects ($20M+ in value).
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
- Experience working on Calgary projects is considered a strong asset.
