360 Recruitment Consultant – Manufacturing | Calgary (Hybrid Flexibility)
We are partnering with an established and reputable staffing firm in Calgary to hire a 360 Recruitment Consultant focused on the manufacturing and industrial sector.
This is an opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a full-cycle, sales-driven environment, and is motivated by building long-term client partnerships while earning strong commission on top of a solid base salary.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will manage a 360 desk within the manufacturing space, supporting clients with both temporary, contract, and permanent hiring needs across areas such as production, operations, skilled trades, and supply chain.
You will have the autonomy to develop your own market, grow your client base, and run your desk with minimal oversight—ideal for someone who is self-driven and commercially focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop new business within the manufacturing and industrial sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to placement
- Source, screen, and place candidates across temporary and permanent roles
- Recruit for positions such as:
- Production Supervisors
- Plant Managers
- Skilled Trades (Millwrights, Electricians, Welders)
- Operations & Supply Chain professionals
- Negotiate fees, terms of business, and offers
- Maintain an active pipeline of clients and candidates
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a 360 recruitment role
- Proven success placing manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades roles
- Experience with both temporary and permanent placements
- Strong business development skills and confidence in client outreach
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently (no micromanagement)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
