We’ve partnered with a nationally recognized, leading construction firm to identify an experienced Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on healthcare projects, including active hospital environments, in Denver, Texas, and the Southeast. This role is ideal for a superintendent who enjoys traveling, taking ownership on-site, and delivering high-quality projects in demanding settings.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily on-site construction activities and site logistics
• Oversee safety, quality, scheduling, and site logistics
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and deliveries
• Manage phased construction in active hospital environments (ICRA)
• Maintain field documentation including schedules, RFIs, submittals, and redlines
• Support commissioning, closeout, and turnover activities
• Communicate regularly with project management and ownership teams

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of superintendent experience in commercial or healthcare construction
• Active hospital or ground-up healthcare experience required
• Strong MEP knowledge and phased construction experience
• Comfortable traveling extensively and working on-site long-term
• Knowledge of software systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, etc.), Adobe, BlueBeam, and CAD.
• Willingness to travel local and nationwide 25%+
• High school diploma required; construction-related degree preferred
