Project Manager – Large Loss (Restoration Construction | GTA)

Salary: $80-$100k

We’ve partnered with a well-established and growing restoration construction company with a strong footprint across the GTA. Known for handling complex, high-value projects, this team is continuing to expand and is looking to bring on a strong Project Manager – Large Loss.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading large-scale restoration projects from start to finish

• Preparing estimates, budgets, and competitive bids while protecting margins

• Managing subcontractors, trades, and internal teams to deliver projects on time

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and adjusters

• Building strong relationships and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction

• Overseeing schedules, draw cycles, and overall project performance

• Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance across all phases of the project

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of Project Management experience in property restoration

• Experience handling large loss and/or commercial projects

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and trades effectively

• Organized, proactive, and solutions-driven

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

• Valid Ontario driver’s license
