A well-established industrial services company is seeking a Licensed 310T Technician to support the maintenance and repair of a modern fleet of heavy-duty trucks and trailers. This position is suited for a dependable and safety-focused mechanic who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring fleet reliability, preventative maintenance, and regulatory compliance while contributing to overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air brake systems on heavy-duty vehicles and trailers
  • Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing on fleet equipment
  • Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with applicable transportation and safety regulations
  • Troubleshoot diesel engines, transmissions, braking systems, and related components
  • Complete work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support emergency breakdown and after-hours repair requirements when needed
  • Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to maximize fleet uptime and performance


Qualifications

  • Valid Ontario 310T Truck & Coach Technician License
  • Previous experience working with diesel engines and heavy-duty truck equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Reliable with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Commitment to workplace safety and preventative maintenance practices
