Compensation

• $36.00 – $47.00 per hour (based on license, shift, and experience)
• $3,000 Signing Bonus (select roles)

• $1,500 after 3 months
• $1,500 after 6 months

Shift Options

Day Shift (most locations)

• Monday to Friday
• 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Afternoon Shift – Newmarket Only

• Monday to Thursday
• 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• Premium pay available

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles
• Complete safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Work collaboratively with shop team and Branch Manager
• Support shop efficiency and safety standards

✅ Requirements

• 310T Truck & Coach Technician License (required)
• 310S (Automotive) accepted for select Newmarket roles
• Fleet maintenance or heavy vehicle experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Leadership experience or potential considered an asset
