Location: Remote ( [Colorado preferred] US-based, with occasional travel to DC-area clients/HQ in Kirkland, WA)

Compensation: Base $150k–$200k+ (DOE), uncapped commission (modified to expertise), full family benefits, equity.

Role Overview

TSRI seeks a battle-tested Senior Enterprise Sales Leader with 7+ years exclusively focused on federal government clients (DoD, civilian agencies, intelligence). You'll drive multi-million-dollar modernization deals, leveraging TSRI's proven automated transformation platform to win contracts in high-security, legacy-heavy environments. This is a pure contributor role—no management, just hunting, closing, and owning the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own federal pipeline: Identify, qualify, and close $10M–$50M+ modernization opportunities (mainframe to cloud/Java/C#).
  • Navigate FedRAMP, security clearances, TMF funding, and procurement (e.g., NETCENTS, SBIR).
  • Think creatively: Craft innovative value propositions for agencies stuck on outdated systems.
  • Full ownership: Build relationships, run demos, handle RFPs/proposals, attend trade shows (e.g., AFCEA), create marketing collateral, and track ops/metrics.
  • Deliver results: Exceed quotas through relentless drive and accountability.

Requirements

  • 7+ years federal-only enterprise sales (DoD/Air Force/HUD/Intel preferred).
  • Proven SaaS/PaaS sales track record in govtech/modernization/cloud migration.
  • History of closing $5M+ deals; $50M+ potential a plus.
  • Outside-the-box thinker who thrives without hand-holding.
  • US citizen; active/recent clearance ideal.
