Our established General Contractor client is looking for 2 experienced project professionals in Calgary: a Senior PM and a PM .

Our client has over 25 years of proven customer project delivery, maximizing value and minimizing risks across Canada - leveraging expertise in various construction Best Practices, including Lean, Progressive Design Build, and Integrated Project Delivery. Typical project scopes range from $5 MM to $100 MM for small to medium-size infrastructure projects; medium- to larger-scale commercial builds; and/or restoration & renovations ranging from $1 to $25+ MM.

Some of our client`s PMs have PEngs, CETs, or BTechs - many don`t; some PMs are Journeymen - many aren`t;....

Ideal candidates will likely have many of the following attributes:

• 6 to 20+ years construction PMs with successful On-Time & On-Budget track record with solid GC construction PM experience, ideally with some mid to larger GCs
• A positive hands-on results-focused PM who effectively works with & leads multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects to top quality standards
• Solid understanding of construction management processes and delivery models, plus strong budgeting skills - some tendering would also be an asset
• Creative/innovative problem-solver, often anticipates issues before they arise and identifies cost-saving or value-add opportunities
• Builds, organizes, and guides project teams (internal staff, subcontractors, vendors) and is the primary liaison for clients, architects, engineers, site superintendents, and other stakeholders
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, and you build and foster strong, trusting relationships
• Solid communication skills
