Our client, a growing commercial furniture organization, is seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive to join their sales team. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional with an established client network who can convert connections into long-term partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new revenue, expanding existing accounts, and representing the organization in a competitive commercial market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a personal portfolio of client accounts, servicing existing relationships while identifying new business opportunities
  • Leverage an existing network of professional contacts to accelerate pipeline development and early sales activity
  • Conduct client consultations to understand space requirements, budgets, timelines, and design objectives
  • Develop tailored proposals, pricing, and furniture solutions for commercial projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams including design, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth project delivery and high client satisfaction
  • Track sales activity, forecasts, and opportunities using CRM tools
  • Stay informed on product offerings, promotions, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, showroom visits, and trade shows


Required Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within commercial furniture, interiors, real estate, construction, or design-related industries
  • An established client network with the ability to activate relationships quickly
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a growing environment
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as required
