Industrial Electrician / PLC Programmer
$36 – $40/hr + Shift Premiums + healthy profit sharing | Straight Shift | Allen Bradley PLC

• Straight shift – no rotating schedules
We’re actively hiring a PLC-focused Industrial Electrician to support automation systems, robotics integration, and electrical troubleshooting within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
This role works heavily with Allen Bradley PLCs, RSLogix programming, and automated production systems, supporting both electrical maintenance and automation improvements.

Hourly Pay:
$36 – $40 per hour + quarterly profit sharing bonuses
Shift Premiums
- Afternoons: +$0.50/hr
- Nights: +$1.00/hr
Key Responsibilities Include:
Electrical Maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems on automated production equipment
- Install and maintain electrical components, wiring, motors, and sensors
- Diagnose electrical faults and implement corrective actions
PLC Programming & Automation
- Program, modify, and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC systems
- Work with RSLogix platforms
- Support system improvements and automation upgrades
Robotics & Automation
- Troubleshoot and modify robot programs
- Support robotic cell integration and automation systems
- Assist with automation improvements to increase equipment reliability
Equipment Troubleshooting
- Diagnose electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Work with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime
- Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives
Qualifications
Required
- 309A or 442A Industrial Electrician License
- PLC programming experience
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs
- Experience with RSLogix
- Ability to troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
Preferred
- Siemens PLC experience
- Robotics troubleshooting or programming
- Automotive or high-volume manufacturing experience
Schedule
- Straight shift (no rotation)
- Monday – Friday operations
- Some schedules may begin Sunday night depending on shift
