Sales Executive – Staffing Industry

Calgary | Hybrid / Remote

Base Salary: $60 + Uncapped Commission

OTE: $120,000+

We are hiring an experienced, high-performing Sales Executive with a strong background in the staffing industry to help drive aggressive growth across the Calgary market.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a true business development opportunity for someone who knows how to open doors, win new accounts, and build revenue in a competitive market.

You will be joining a boutique search firm in growth mode with a powerful reputation, an entrepreneurial culture, and a highly capable delivery team of recruiters ready to execute and support your success. What You Will Own

  • Drive new business development across Ontario, targeting key decision-makers and hiring leaders.
  • Build and execute a strategic sales plan to generate revenue and expand market share.
  • Prospect aggressively through calls, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Secure meetings, pitch solutions, and close new staffing partnerships
  • Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and terms of business.
  • Partner with an established recruiting team to ensure strong delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Grow and develop client accounts into long-term revenue relationships.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate activity reporting through CRM tools.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, hiring activity, and competitor movement.

What We Need

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the staffing/recruitment industry
  • Proven success in winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong hunter mentality with confidence in cold calling and outbound activity
  • Established network or knowledge of the Ontario market is highly valued.
  • Commercially sharp with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Driven, competitive, and self-managed.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
