Compensation: $110,000 – $115,000 per year

Are you ready to take ownership of engineering projects that go from concept to prototype and directly impact real products? We’re looking for a hands-on Electrical Project Engineer to join a stable, established manufacturing environment serving commercial and industrial utility markets. This is a full-cycle role where your designs are implemented in production and influence real outcomes.


What you’ll do

  • Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through prototyping to production with full ownership
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, manufacturing, and quality teams to bring designs to life
  • Work hands-on with electrical-mechanical integration, prototypes, and testing
  • Develop and manage project schedules, deliverables, and documentation across Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement
  • Support compliance with regulatory codes, standards, and certification processes (CSA/UL experience a plus)
  • Prepare work orders, manage revisions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders


What you bring

  • Minimum 4–5 years of electrical engineering experience in manufacturing or similar environments
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred (Mechanical considered with proven electrical integration experience)
  • Hands-on experience with wiring, schematics, panel work, or electromechanical systems
  • Solid understanding of codes, compliance, and regulatory testing processes
  • Proficiency in CAD and SolidWorks, with experience managing full project cycles
  • Eligibility toward P.Eng is an asset
  • Experience in automotive electrical engineering or similar testing/compliance environments is a plus
