We are an established and growing Canadian staffing and workforce solutions organization seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Leader to lead business development efforts and drive market growth in the Vancouver region.

What You’ll Be Doing
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive new business acquisition through strategic prospecting, networking, and client meetings
- Develop and expand relationships with existing clients while identifying additional revenue opportunities
- Lead sales initiatives within manufacturing, light industrial, and workforce solutions sectors
- Conduct client presentations, negotiate contracts, and close new business opportunities
- Build long-term partnerships with decision-makers and stakeholders across multiple industries
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and gross margin targets
Leadership & Operations
- Inspire, mentor, and support a high-performing branch team
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to recruitment and sales staff
- Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative office culture
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives
- Ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence across all accounts
- Work closely with leadership on growth strategy and branch performance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in staffing industry sales and business development
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring teams
- Strong background in recruitment, workforce solutions, or agency staffing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and business acumen
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to attend client meetings throughout the region
