Pay & Hours

  • Starting at $35 - $40/hour (depending on experience)
  • 40–44 hours per week, with voluntary weekend overtime available
  • Daily maintenance meetings to keep the team aligned

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and automated equipment including motors, switchboards, stamping presses, and robotics
  • Program and troubleshoot Mitsubishi Controls, Fanuc Robots, Allen Bradley HMI/Interfaces, and PLCs
  • Perform preventative maintenance to manufacturer specs
  • Assist with installation, upgrades, and new equipment setup
  • Support light building maintenance, including running conduit and rough-ins
  • Participate in team meetings, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement projects
  • Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and maintain a smooth workflow


Who We’re Looking For

Must-Have

  • Valid 442A Industrial Electrician license
  • Strong experience with PLC troubleshooting (Ladder Logic)
  • Comfortable working with robotics and automated machinery
  • Able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism


Nice-to-Have

  • Automotive manufacturing experience
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Forklift and overhead crane experience
