Fully Remote – Canada

$130,000–$150,000 Base + Commission

The Opportunity

A well-established Canadian staffing firm specialising in Manufacturing and Light Industrial recruitment is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead and elevate its sales organisation.

This is a fully remote leadership role with national responsibility, overseeing eight sales professionals focused on temporary and permanent placements across warehousing and blue-collar sectors.

We are looking for a self-driven, commercially sharp leader who understands that sales in staffing are deeply connected to operations, delivery, and execution.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a national team of 8 sales professionals
  • Driving revenue growth across temporary and permanent staffing divisions
  • Building structure, accountability, and consistent performance standards
  • Developing a national sales strategy aligned with operational capacity
  • Monitoring KPIs, margins, pipeline activity, and overall performance
  • Partnering closely with operations and recruitment teams to ensure client delivery excellence
  • Strengthening key client relationships and supporting strategic accounts

This is not a “manage from the sidelines” role. You will be expected to lead from the front, set the pace, and model disciplined sales execution.

Who You Are

  • A proven leader of sales professionals within the staffing industry
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Experienced in Manufacturing, Warehousing, or Light Industrial staffing
  • Comfortable managing both temporary and permanent placement revenue streams
  • Operationally aware — you understand fill ratios, margins, compliance, and delivery pressure
  • Structured in how you measure performance and drive accountability
  • Able to lead remotely while maintaining high engagement and visibility

You bring both commercial intensity and operational realism. You understand that winning business is only part of the equation — profitable delivery matters just as much.

Compensation

  • $130,000–$150,000 base salary
  • Commission structure aligned to national revenue performance
  • Fully remote (based anywhere in Canada)
