# MIG Welder & Fabricator
Location: Southwestern Ontario (Middlesex/Chatham-Kent Area)

We are seeking skilled MIG Welders & Fabricators to join a leading heavy equipment manufacturer known for its "person-first" culture and clean, organized shop environment. This role focuses on the structural fabrication of high-accountability machinery and heavy-duty components.
Work Scope & Responsibilities

Structural Fabrication: Execute high-quality MIG welds on mild carbon steel for heavy-duty frames, conveyor systems, and industrial components.

Precision Work: Perform multi-pass welds on heavy steel, adhering strictly to blueprints and engineering specifications.

Quality Standards: Collaborate with the on-site Quality Team for weld sign-offs. We prioritize 10/10 structural integrity and durability.

Shop Excellence: Contribute to a safe, well-kept environment where safety and efficiency are paramount.
Compensation & Total Rewards

Hourly Rate: $24.00 – $40.00/hr (Highly dependent on experience and weld test performance).

Production Bonus: $2,000 annual potential.
