Senior Project Manager

Location: Brampton, ON

Salary: $85,000+ (Depending on Experience)

Our client, a respected and growing restoration company, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex property restoration projects from start to finish. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and efficient project execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee a full portfolio of restoration projects from initial site assessment to final completion
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Conduct site inspections, manage project scope, and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Coordinate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Manage estimates, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation
• Provide hands-on leadership to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Resolve issues proactively and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing restoration projects (residential or commercial)
• IICRC Certification required (WRT, AMRT, FSRT, ASD or similar)
• Strong knowledge of emergency mitigation, structural repairs, and reconstruction practices
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
