Sales Representative – Manufacturing & Light Industrial Staffing
Location: Greater Toronto Area (Field-Based / Hybrid)
Base Salary: ~$85,000 + Uncapped Commission

The Opportunity
We are looking for a true hunter — a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative with proven experience selling Manufacturing and Light Industrial staffing solutions in the Greater Toronto Area.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives on opening doors, building a client base from the ground up, and consistently converting relationships into revenue. If you know how to walk into plants, talk to operations managers, and turn conversations into long-term accounts, this role will feel familiar — and rewarding.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively identify, target, and secure new Manufacturing & LID clients across the GTA
- Conduct in-person prospecting, site visits, and client meetings
- Build strong relationships with plant managers, operations leaders, and HR contacts
- Sell contract, temporary, and permanent staffing solutions
- Partner closely with recruiting teams to deliver results and retain accounts
- Maintain an active, well-qualified sales pipeline
- Stay connected to market conditions, client challenges, and workforce trends
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the staffing industry (agency-side required)
- Direct experience selling into Manufacturing and/or Light Industrial environments
- Proven hunter mentality with a track record of new business wins
- Comfortable prospecting in person and on the phone
- Strong understanding of staffing margins, bill rates, and client negotiations
- Highly organized, self-driven, and accountable
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the GTA
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary around $85,000, depending on experience
