Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle project delivery from planning to close-out, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget targets are met.
• Manage project financials including cost control, cashflow oversight, and the change order process.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, risk plans, and execution strategies in collaboration with field leadership.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and effective project execution.
• Provide leadership to the project team, offering guidance, mentorship, and support to Project Coordinators and site staff.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners to support successful project outcomes

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive general contractor experience on mid-to-large construction projects ($30M+ in value).
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
• Experience working on Vancouver projects is considered a strong asset.
