Industrial Mechanic (Millwright)

We’re actively hiring a licensed Millwright / Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
This role focuses on maintaining automated equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, sensors, and mechanical components, while supporting fabrication work and equipment reliability on the production floor.
This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on Millwright who enjoys troubleshooting automation equipment and solving complex mechanical issues.
Hourly Pay:
$38 – $40 per hour + healthy quarterly bonues (paid to all staff)
Shift Premiums
- Afternoons (3pm – 11pm): +$0.50/hr
- Nights (11pm – 7am): +$1.00/hr

Work Schedule (No Rotation)

Employees remain on a consistent shift (no rotating schedule).
Key Responsibilities
Mechanical Maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems on automated production equipment
- Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Inspect and replace mechanical components to ensure equipment reliability
Automation Support
- Troubleshoot sensors and automated equipment
- Support maintenance of automated production systems
- Assist with resolving mechanical issues impacting automation performance
Fabrication & Mechanical Work
- Perform basic fabrication and welding
- Build and repair hydraulic hoses
- Install and adjust mechanical components on machinery and equipment
Equipment Reliability
- Perform preventative maintenance activities
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Work with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime
Qualifications
- Millwright Certification (433A) or equivalent
Strong experience with:
- Hydraulics
- Pneumatics
- Mechanical troubleshooting
- Experience maintaining automated manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Automotive or high-volume manufacturing experience
- Experience with sensors and automated equipment
- Fabrication and welding experience
