Mechanical Engineer ($30–$40/hour)

Full-time | Day Shift

A leading manufacturer of custom commercial trailers is looking to hire a Mechanical Design Engineer who brings creativity, strong technical skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop trailer components using 2D and 3D CAD
• Translate 3D models into detailed 2D drawings
• Collaborate with production to ensure design feasibility
• Troubleshoot design and production challenges
• Maintain accurate documentation and project timelines

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in SolidWorks
• Experience with AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
• Familiarity with Nesting software (e.g., ProNest)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Solid mathematical and analytical abilities
