Our client is a leading general contractor with a long-standing reputation for delivering high-profile commercial and institutional projects. They are seeking a Construction Superintendent for their Calgary Projects.

This leadership position is responsible for the day to day management of the construction site on an assigned project, executing field operations safely and in a manner consistent with Company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for daily on-site construction activities
• Plan, schedule, organize, and control construction projects from mobilization through completion
• Monitor progress and prepare detailed progress reports and schedules for clients and internal teams
• Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders to support successful project delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years Superintendent experience managing commercial/Industrial projects valued between $1M–$20M
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Journeyman trade certification or equivalent experience
• Experience working on Calgary projects is considered a strong asset.
