We are seeking a Warehouse Manager for our client in the furniture manufacturing space to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day functioning of the warehouse, with a focus on inventory management, process optimization, and team leadership. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations team to support project delivery and maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and adherence to company standards
• Develop and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies
• Lead, schedule, and support warehouse staff, promoting a safe and productive work environment
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to prepare pull lists, stage materials, and coordinate deliveries
• Manage relationships with installation partners and coordinate subcontracted crews as required
• Support logistics for deliveries, including coordination across regions when necessary
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow, space utilization, and operational efficiency
• Ensure quality standards are maintained in receiving, storage, and shipping processes
• Assist with budgeting and cost control related to warehouse operations and inventory

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role within logistics or distribution
• Hands-on leadership approach, with the ability to actively support daily warehouse activities
• Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations (OHSA/WSIB)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Effective communication and team leadership abilities
• Experience with warehouse management systems
• Ability to analyze data and support operational decision-making
• Valid forklift operator license
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs safely
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
