We’re currently working with a well-established beverage manufacturing organization in Manitoba that is looking to add a Red Seal Journeyman Millwright to their maintenance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement within a safety-focused industrial environment. Located Just North of Winnipeg.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on plant equipment
• Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs to minimize downtime
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and reliability initiatives
• Participate in maintenance planning, work orders, and equipment improvements
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and support plant uptime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records within the CMMS system
• Promote a strong safety culture and support continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyman Millwright certification (required)
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving abilities
• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or production environments
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with CMMS or computerized maintenance systems is an asset
• Strong safety mindset and dependable work ethic
