A family-owned printing and visual communications company in Northeast New Jersey that works with some of the best-known brands in retail, beauty, pharmaceutical, financial services and other industries is seeking a Printing Manager for their Digital and Offset Division.. The Company is willing to consider both local and national candidates and is offering a relocation package. The Company is offering a salary range of %80,000-100,000 as part of its compensation package. Other compensation will be discussed during the interview process.

The Printing Manager is held responsible to ensure that all employees within the department meet the productivity and efficiency standards of the Company. Your role requires that you create and maintain a streamlined operation by controlling costs, influencing, and implementing schedules to meet each deadline, and striving for continuous improvement in all aspects of your business. It is necessary to always provide a safe work environment. As a leader, you will maintain compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations and laws. You will provide training to employees on proper use of the equipment and documented corrective action for those not following safe practices. Responsible for enforcing quality standards as set forth by Hatteras’ ISO procedures. You will evaluate the quality of work and ensure it meets our quality standard. When an issue is identified, you will determine an appropriate course of action, document the action, and communicate with all involved individuals.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Offset or packaging pressroom management experience is required

• Must demonstrate strong knowledge of graphic arts as it relates to high quality commercial printing

• Broad experience of technology within the printing industry

• Strong customer service approach, sense of urgency, and creativity

• Well-developed leadership skills are necessary

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as information system reports, industry literature,

marketing material, and procedure manuals
